| Isenbruck | Bösl | Hörschler LLP is registered in England und Wales as a Limited Liability Partnership under English law ("LLP"), registered number OC340012. It has its registered seat at 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London WC2H 7DQ, England. The German branch is registered at the registration court at the Mannheim county court under No. PR 700145 All legal acts executed under the style of the LLP were and will be executed solely in the name of and for the LLP. Any reference to "Isenbruck | Bösl | Hörschler LLP" is to be understood solely as a reference to the LLP. Therefore, advice given or services rendered by the members (Gesellschafter) and/or employees/ partners to clients of the LLP, is given solely by the LLP and not personally by the members or employees/ partners. A patent lawyer of the LLP referred to as a "partner" is not necessarily a member (Gesellschafter) but maybe an employee of the LLP in a senior position. The use of the word "partner" should not be taken as an indication that the LLP is a partnership under German or English law, nor does it indicate that the partners are members (Gesellschafter) of such a partnership. Neither the members (Gesellschafter) nor the employees/partners are personally liable for advice given or services rendered to clients of the LLP. Likewise, the LLP does not assume any responsibility for notices/ letters sent by its employees/partners in an obviously personal capacity, even if they appear to come from the LLP.
